Fully Functional Licenses
The Paraben E3 trial offers a hands-on experience with their comprehensive digital forensics platform, the E3 Forensic Platform.
With all digital forensic software, we ask that legitimate emails be used and contact details are provided. Each trial license is granted fully functional for 10-days from the date of authentication of your email.
- You MUST fill in your full name and email or the system will reject your request.
- All requests are verified by a live person before a trial license is granted.
- Please be sure to reply to our email to verify your email address before your trial can begin.
- Make sure the domain paraben.com is not ending up in your spam so your trial is not delayed.
Fake details placed in the form will automatically be filtered out and no trial will be granted. We want to ensure that the software is being used for proper purposes. We appreciate you following our trial policy.
CHFI students must complete a Trial request with legitimate details and await approval by following the steps in the email they receive. We respond to trial requests within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Students also have the option to request extensions on their trial licenses.

What’s happening with our licensing model?
We’re moving away from perpetual licenses and embracing a modern membership tier approach. This new model will seamlessly integrate your license, support, and training into one package.
How does this affect existing customers?
Good news! Your current licensing model will remain active at its existing price until your subscription expires. Once it does, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to our new membership tiers.
How do membership tiers work?
Each membership tier is designed to provide an affordable monthly price, granting you access to E3:UNIVERSAL, comprehensive support, and tailored training based on your individual investigative needs. As you progress through the membership tiers, you will unlock access to additional premium functionality, advanced training levels, and expert consulting services.
Choosing your tier is flexible, and upgrading to higher levels is always an option. Please note that once a membership level is upgraded, it must be maintained for a minimum of three months before any downgrading is permitted.
No matter which membership tier you choose you receive the same quality technology you have come to expect at Paraben.
How do I do my procurement?

- Monthly Payments: Our new monthly payment option allows you to subscribe to your chosen membership level on a month-to-month basis. This is a great way to benefit your cash flow by avoiding a large upfront fee and keeping your lab running smoothly.
- Annual Payments: For those with procurement processes that prefer a different approach, or if you simply prefer not to use a credit card for recurring payments, our traditional annual fee option is still available. Choose the payment method that best suits your needs!
- Flexible Categories for Budgets: Our membership program simplifies procurement by allowing you to categorize your entire membership under a single umbrella. Whether it’s technology/software, training, or services, you can classify your membership—which includes all these functions—under the category that best fits your procurement needs.
