How do membership tiers work?

Each membership tier is designed to provide an affordable monthly price, granting you access to E3:UNIVERSAL, comprehensive support, and tailored training based on your individual investigative needs. As you progress through the membership tiers, you will unlock access to additional premium functionality, advanced training levels, and expert consulting services.

Choosing your tier is flexible, and upgrading to higher levels is always an option. Please note that once a membership level is upgraded, it must be maintained for a minimum of three months before any downgrading is permitted.

No matter which membership tier you choose you receive the same quality technology you have come to expect at Paraben.

How do I do my procurement?

We understand that everyone’s needs and processes are different. That’s why we’re excited to offer flexible payment options to make acquiring our membership tiers easier for you:

• Monthly Payments: Our new monthly payment option allows you to subscribe to your chosen membership level on a month-to-month basis. This is a great way to benefit your cash flow by avoiding a large upfront fee and keeping your lab running smoothly.

• Annual Payments: For those with procurement processes that prefer a different approach, or if you simply prefer not to use a credit card for recurring payments, our traditional annual fee option is still available. Choose the payment method that best suits your needs!

• Flexible Categories for Budgets: Our membership program simplifies procurement by allowing you to categorize your entire membership under a single umbrella. Whether it’s technology/software, training, or services, you can classify your membership—which includes all these functions—under the category that best fits your procurement needs.

We’re thrilled to share that our new membership program comes with powerful new offerings designed to elevate your experience! Members in our Premium Tier and higher will unlock access to a range of exclusive benefits:

Exclusive Referral Network:

Connect and collaborate like never before! Our new referral network provides a private space for members to seek support, share insights, and receive valuable case referrals. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your reach and connect with a community of peers.

The E3 Forensic Platform is available under Perpetual Licenses, requiring a larger upfront payment followed by a maintenance subscription for updates. Perpetual licenses receive the same technology access as members, but training is an additional, separate purchase. Basic technical support is tied to having a current subscription; the license remains functional if the subscription lapses, but all support and updates will cease. The various perpetual license options, along with transparent pricing, are detailed below.

How do I do my procurement?

All perpetual licenses are issued only after a detailed quote is provided, which outlines everything included in the license. Payment for these licenses can be made conveniently by credit card (using a payment link provided with your quote), check, or ACH. Furthermore, Purchase Orders (POs) are an accepted method of payment for both perpetual licenses and annual membership commitments.

Regardless of your license type (perpetual or membership), you can enhance your capabilities with optional add-ons, including specialized Image Analysis, Password Breaking technology, and hardware accessories.
